What You'll Be Doing

Assemble industrial products using hand and power tools
Follow blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Use measuring tools such as rulers and tape measures
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals
Maintain a safe and organized work area
Learn and adapt to new processes and manufacturing techniques

What We're Looking For

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Ability to read a ruler and tape measure
Basic math and measurement skills
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools
Effective communication skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
Blueprint reading experience is a plus

Schedule Options

1st Shift

4 x 10-hour schedule (Monday–Thursday)
OR
4 x 9-hour schedule (Monday–Thursday) plus 4 hours on Friday

2nd Shift

3pm-11pm, Monday – Friday

Available Start Times:

4:30 AM
5:00 AM
5:30 AM
6:00 AM
6:30 AM

Pay

$20/hour for 1st shift
$22/hour for 2nd shift
