Summary
The Laboratory Assistant will support the processing of raw biological materials used in clinical control products. This role is responsible for maintaining production equipment, ensuring a clean and compliant work environment, and completing all required documentation accurately and on time.

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $22/hour
- Location: Minneapolis, MN
- Employment Type: Contract with potential for permanent hire after 6-12 months

Responsibilities
- Process raw biological materials, including bovine and porcine blood, for use in manufacturing products
- Clean and maintain production equipment, containers, and work areas
- Accurately complete batch records and all required documentation
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Fresh graduates with an AS/BS science degree are encouraged to apply
- Experience: 1–2 years of laboratory or production experience
- Additional: Willingness to handle blood and blood-derived materials
- Ability to work on the second shift
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently on routine tasks
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and shifting priorities as needed
