Floater

**We are currently seeking dependable and motivated individuals for a Part-Time Floater position. This role is ideal for someone flexible, reliable, and willing to support multiple departments and shifts as needed.**

This is a **part-time position working approximately 3 days per week**, with availability needed across all shifts:
Mon-Wed or Wed-Fri options on all 3 shifts
Possibly a 4 day schedule if Saturdays are needed at the discretion of the company. This is mandatory.

* 1st Shift: 7:00am 3:00pm
* 2nd Shift: 3:00pm 11:00pm
* 3rd Shift: 11:00pm 7:00am

Pay Rate:

* **$16.25/hr base pay**
* **$1.00 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift assignments**
* **$17.25/hr for 2nd and 3rd shift assignments**

This role is essential in helping maintain smooth production flow by covering breaks, call-offs, absences, and assisting where needed throughout the facility.

### ** Job Responsibilities:**

* Float between departments and support production needs on all shifts
* Operate and monitor production machinery as needed
* Assist machine operators with loading and unloading materials
* Cover employee breaks and assist during staffing shortages
* Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
* Perform basic machine adjustments when trained
* Support packing, stacking, and general production tasks
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

### ** Requirements:**

* Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
* Strong reliability and willingness to step into different roles as needed
* Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical work
* Must be dependable and able to follow directions
* Resume required
* Interview required

### ** Physical Requirements (when assigned to production areas):**

* Standing entire shift
* Frequent bending, lifting, and movement
* Ability to lift up to 5070 lbs (with assistance or equipment when needed)
