Adecco is seeking skilled Maintenance Mechanics for a direct hire opportunity with a premier global food manufacturing company. Work in a clean, highly automated environment where your electrical and troubleshooting expertise will make an impact. This 2nd shift position has a salary of $65,000 – $75,000.

What You Bring
  • 3+ years of electrical/instrumentation maintenance (or technical degree)

  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

  • Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What You’ll Do
  • Troubleshoot and repair 480V systems, VFDs, PLCs, and automated equipment

  • Maintain and calibrate instrumentation, valves, actuators, and pneumatics

  • Read schematics, P&IDs, and technical diagrams

  • Perform preventive maintenance and document work in CMMS

  • Drive root cause analysis to reduce downtime

  • Collaborate with teams and support on-call as needed

  • Follow all safety and GMP standards



Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
