Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is ideal for passionate SLPs who value in-person connections and are eager to make a direct impact within local schools. This full-time, contract position ensures you'll be part of the school community throughout the academic calendar, starting in late August and wrapping up in mid-June.
Your expertise in school-based speech-language services will support students’ communication and academic progress. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll work closely with educators and families to develop and implement effective therapy plans. Candidates must bring strong communication skills, compassion, and a commitment to student success.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid and active Washington State SLP license
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Comfortable providing services across K-12 populations
- Commitment to onsite, in-person therapy (remote or VOCO not an option)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in K-12
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) with multidisciplinary teams
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to further student progress
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state requirements
- Provide support and resources for families and classroom educators
