Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associates to join our growing team in Romeoville, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately packaging and shipping outbound patient orders, receiving and organizing inventory, and supporting daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities
- Accurately package and ship outbound patient orders according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Prepare shipments by assembling boxes and packing materials for timely and accurate delivery
- Receive, organize, and restock incoming inventory
- Verify products and materials for accuracy and quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Move materials and inventory using manual pallet jacks as needed
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
Available Shifts
Shift 1
- Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- One Saturday every four weeks, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Shift 2
- Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- One Saturday every four weeks, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Shift 3
- Monday - Friday, 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
- One Saturday every four weeks, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Frequent bending at the waist and knees
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to perform repetitive motions, including reaching, lifting, and carrying
