- Extrusion Operators – Operate extrusion lines, monitor material flow, ensure product consistency
- Weaving Operators – Run weaving machines, thread looms, and inspect fabric output
- Slitter Operators – Set up and operate slitting equipment to cut materials to spec
- Inspection Machine Operators – Perform visual and mechanical inspections for quality control

- 1st Shift
- 3rd Shift
- 12‐Hour Shifts (2/2/3 Schedule) — work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, then rotate
