Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking skilled and motivated candidates for Irrigation Technician openings in Hugo, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, have strong mechanical aptitude, and take pride in delivering high‑quality property maintenance services.

• Hourly Pay: $20.00–$30.00/hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – Done (end time varies by project)

• Pay Frequency: Weekly

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial irrigation systems

• Perform seasonal services including spring start‑ups and fall blowouts

• Diagnose issues with valves, heads, controllers, and underground lines

• Adjust and optimize system coverage for proper watering and efficiency

• Operate hand tools and small equipment safely while maintaining a clean work environment

• Previous irrigation or landscaping experience required

• Ability to read and understand irrigation layouts and controller settings

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs

• Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and ability to work well with a crew
