**Responsibilities:**

**Talent Acquisition:** Source, attract, and recruit top-notch candidates for various client positions, aligning their skills and aspirations with our clients' needs.

**Candidate Relationship Building:** Develop and nurture strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal team members to facilitate successful placements.

**Conducting Marketing Activities involves reaching out to customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions to effectively communicate our offerings and create meaningful connections. These approaches encompass utilizing various communication channels to engage and inform our target audience about our products and services.

**Effective Communication:** Utilize exceptional communication skills to convey job opportunities, assess candidate suitability, and maintain clear and concise interactions.

- **Customer-Centric Approach:** Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and deliver solutions that align with their needs.

- **Performance Metrics:** Thrive in a target-driven environment, monitor key performance metrics, and contribute to the achievement of team goals.

**Qualifications:**

- **Experience:** Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is advantageous.
