Physical Therapist (PT)

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a hospital-based rehabilitation team in Kenedy, Texas. This position is primarily focused on outpatient therapy, with occasional inpatient coverage to support swing bed patients as needed. You'll have the opportunity to provide one-on-one patient care in a collaborative environment committed to quality outcomes.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• 8-Hour Day Shifts
• Primarily Outpatient
• Inpatient/Swing Bed coverage on Mondays and as needed based on patient volume
• Off on Major Holidays

Compensation

• Starting Pay: $45.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for outpatient and inpatient patients.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using facility EMR systems.
• Assist with inpatient rehabilitation coverage as required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Physical Therapy License required.
• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience required.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to adapt between outpatient and inpatient settings.
