Truss Builder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)

• Assemble wood roof and floor trusses according to specifications and blueprints
• Measure, cut, position, and secure materials accurately
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards

Truss Builder Qualifications:

• Previous construction, manufacturing, carpentry, or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Reliable attendance and transportation

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
