Adecco is hiring Electrical Maintenance Technicians for a Direct Hire opportunity with a highly automated food manufacturing facility in Walworth County. Pay & Schedule$75,000 – $85,000 per year
1st Shift available
Weekend Shift: Friday–Monday
Troubleshoot and repair 480V electrical systems and industrial equipment in a fast-paced production environment
Maintain and support PLCs (Allen-Bradley / Rockwell), HMIs, and VFDs
Install, calibrate, and service instrumentation and control systems including valves, actuators, and pneumatic components
Read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and loop diagrams
Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
Support continuous improvement and production efficiency initiatives
Apply strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and control systems
Work effectively in a food production or automated manufacturing environment
Utilize experience with industrial maintenance, automation, and process control systems
Requirements: Technical degree or 3+ years of industrial electrical or maintenance experience
