Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a difference this summer by supporting students through Extended School Year (ESY) services near Bothell, WA! We're seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who is passionate about helping children reach their potential during the summer session.

Your expertise will contribute to a positive, student-centered environment where each child’s unique needs are addressed. Work collaboratively with a supportive educational team, creating adaptive plans designed to foster student growth, independence, and participation.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid OT or COTA license in Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy highly valued
  • Solid understanding of IEPs and familiarity with providing therapy in an educational setting
  • Commitment to communication and collaboration with educators, families, and students
  • Flexibility and adaptability for a variety of student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services for students enrolled in summer ESY programs
  • Assess student needs, develop and implement interventions aligned with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support classroom adaptations and inclusion
  • Track and document student progress, providing timely reports and recommendations
  • Serve as a resource for families and contribute to student success in both individual and group settings
