Maintenance Technicians - All Shifts Available - Sparta, New Lisbon, La Crosse, $25-$35/hour

Express Employment Professionals is looking for maintenance technicians for all shifts. Electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, VFDs, blueprints, schematics, and preventative experience required.

Key Responsibilities (Industrial Maintenance Technician)

• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and structures
• Complete basic and advanced equipment repairs
• Install, diagnose, and repair electrical systems, industrial machinery, and electronic components
• Interpret and follow electrical codes, schematics, blueprints, and manuals
• Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
• Connect power supply wiring and cables between machines and equipment
• Complete additional maintenance duties as assigned
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and protocols

Qualifications (Electrical Maintenance Technician)

• Minimum 3 years of experience, OR electrical degree, OR related technical college degree required
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and maintenance processes
• Ability to read blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs
• Experience with precision measuring instruments and electronic testing devices
• Skilled in using hand and power tools
• Ability to lift 30-40 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, twisting, reaching)
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude
