Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract opportunity is full-time and onsite, serving a diverse K-12 population across several positions. You'll be working directly with students to foster their communication skills, support academic achievement, and collaborate with a dynamic educational team in a vibrant school community.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Valid Washington SLP license in good standing
  • Experience in school-based settings strongly desired
  • Comfortable supporting students in grades K-12
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to in-person service delivery throughout the entire school year

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy for a range of speech and language disorders
  • Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating closely with teachers and families to maximize student outcomes
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district requirements
  • Consult with classroom staff to integrate speech-language strategies into the general curriculum
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field
