Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract opportunity is full-time and onsite, serving a diverse K-12 population across several positions. You'll be working directly with students to foster their communication skills, support academic achievement, and collaborate with a dynamic educational team in a vibrant school community.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Valid Washington SLP license in good standing
- Experience in school-based settings strongly desired
- Comfortable supporting students in grades K-12
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to in-person service delivery throughout the entire school year
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy for a range of speech and language disorders
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating closely with teachers and families to maximize student outcomes
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district requirements
- Consult with classroom staff to integrate speech-language strategies into the general curriculum
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field
