Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful difference supporting K-12 students while advancing your career as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time contract role spans from September to June, providing you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic educational environment. Working 32 hours per week, you’ll collaborate closely with speech-language pathologists and educators, helping students achieve their communication goals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington SLPA license required
  • Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 school populations
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to implement therapeutic activities as directed by supervising SLP

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist with delivering speech and language therapy to students under supervision
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records
  • Support the SLP in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
