Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a dynamic educational setting for the 2026-2027 school year, where several Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) are sought to provide top-quality services to students across elementary and secondary levels. Full-time openings are available, running from August 31, 2026, through June 17, 2027. The in-person contract assignments offer the opportunity to make a direct impact on students’ communication, academic progress, and personal growth.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington State SLP license (required)
  • Educational Staff Associate (ESA) credential (required)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage caseloads of approximately 45 at secondary level and 42 at elementary level

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students, individually and in groups
  • Conduct assessments, write and implement IEP goals, and monitor progress
  • Collaborate actively with teachers, parents, and educational teams to promote student success
  • Maintain records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Engage in professional development and stay informed of best practices in school speech-language pathology
