Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Current SLP or SLP-CCC certification required
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is highly desirable
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to create individualized treatment plans and effectively document progress
- Familiar with a variety of assessment tools and intervention strategies
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in coordination with other educational professionals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate records, evaluate student progress, and report data as required
- Attend meetings, contribute to multidisciplinary teams, and participate in ongoing professional development
- Provide both direct therapy and consultative services as specified by student needs
