Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Your commitment will run from late August through mid-June, offering the unique fulfillment and professional growth that comes from supporting learners where they need it most. Collaborate with a supportive educational team and contribute your clinical skills to help students thrive.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Washington State SLP licensure (required for consideration)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in school-based settings is highly valued
- Comfort and skill working across K-12 age groups
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation abilities
- Passion for empowering students with diverse needs
- Commitment to in-person service (virtual/remote roles cannot be considered)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive student evaluations and assessments
- Develop and update Individual Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with student goals
- Deliver targeted speech and language therapy services individually and/or in small groups
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other specialists
- Maintain detailed case notes and adhere to all district and state compliance standards
- Serve as a resource for staff and families, offering strategies and guidance
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment that celebrates student progress
