Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Starting at $62,171+ (Based on Experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic liaison between business operations and Human Resources. This role partners closely with leadership and employees to support workforce planning, employee relations, organizational initiatives, and HR programs while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
The HRBP will collaborate with various HR teams to provide value-added support, analyze workforce trends, conduct investigations, and contribute to organizational success through effective people strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders and employees to support workforce planning and organizational objectives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
- Conduct and support employee investigations while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Analyze workforce data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with the design, development, and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
- Prepare reports, gather data, conduct research, and maintain accurate HR documentation.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to support talent and workforce strategies.
- Support compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements including:

- Develop summary reports and provide recommendations to leadership.
Required Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience.
- Experience supporting employee relations and workforce initiatives.
- Experience conducting investigations and handling confidential matters preferred.
