Job Title: Pharmacy Clerk / Warehouse Worker
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Work Hours: (Evenings)
- Sunday-Thursday 3p to 11:30 pm EST
- Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required based on business needs

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to support warehouse and inventory operations within a pharmacy fulfillment environment. This role is responsible for inventory management, order processing, shipping preparation, and ensuring the proper handling and storage of pharmaceutical products and supplies. The ideal candidate will have experience in a production, warehouse, or packing environment and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Team Environment
The Warehouse Worker will be part of a collaborative team of approximately 20 warehouse associates focused on maintaining efficient inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform warehouse and inventory management duties in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain proper storage of medications, supplies, and temperature-sensitive products, including refrigeration when required.
- Monitor, adjust, and calibrate pharmacy-related equipment as needed.
- Fill dispensing units and support daily operational workflow.
- Prepare shipping boxes and packaging materials for outgoing orders.
- Create, update, and troubleshoot shipping labels as necessary.
- Transport packages to shipping, mail, and courier areas for distribution.
- Monitor prescription inventory levels using pharmacy inventory management systems.
- Receive incoming inventory and verify product accuracy against purchase orders and shipment documentation.
- Assist with inventory discrepancy investigations and resolution.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Process, pack, and ship pharmacy orders, ensuring medications, supplies, and patient educational materials are included accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, packing, shipping, or fulfillment environment preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-driven setting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience working in a healthcare, pharmacy, or distribution environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Proven reliability and strong attendance record.
- Production-focused mindset with the ability to meet performance goals.
