Job Title: Clean Room Associate
Job Description
The Clean Room Associate works in a controlled clean room environment to support the production of high-precision medical tubes. You will operate at the end of the production line, carefully handling finished products, preparing them for bundling and packaging, and ensuring they meet quality and cleanliness standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistent focus, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately in a stable manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
- Work in a clean room environment while following all cleanliness, handling, and safety procedures.
- Operate at the bottom of the production line by removing finished medical tubes from the line with care and precision.
- Place completed products neatly on trays in preparation for bundling and packing.
- Move trays of product to the designated bundling and packaging area in an organized and efficient manner.
- Separate and sort tubes as needed to meet production, quality, and packaging requirements.
- Perform basic packing and kitting tasks, ensuring products are correctly grouped, labeled, and prepared for shipment.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to identify and remove defective or nonconforming products.
- Stand for extended periods while performing repetitive production and packaging tasks.
- Handle and lift items up to 10 pounds as part of daily production and packing activities.
- Follow all production guidelines, work instructions, and cleanliness standards to support consistent product quality.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues or irregularities in the production line or finished products.
- Participate in initial day-shift training and apply learned procedures consistently on the assigned night shift.
Essential Skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a clean room environment while following strict cleanliness and handling protocols.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate handling, sorting, and inspection of medical tubes.
- Experience with production, packaging, or assembly work in a manufacturing or similar environment.
- Ability to perform packing tasks, including organizing products on trays and preparing them for bundling.
- Capability to stand for an entire shift while performing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds safely and repeatedly during production and packing activities.
- Reliability in following instructions, schedules, and standard operating procedures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a clean room, medical device, or high-precision manufacturing environment is beneficial.
- Experience in kitting, bundling, or similar production support activities is an advantage.
- Comfort working night shifts and adapting to a structured production schedule.
- Willingness to complete initial training on a different shift and apply feedback to improve performance.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining product quality and cleanliness.

Work Environment
This position is based in an orderly, professional clean room production environment focused on medical tube manufacturing. You will work primarily on the night shift, Monday through Friday, from midnight to 8:00 AM, following an initial one-week training period on the day shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The work involves standing for most of the shift, handling lightweight products up to 10 pounds, and performing repetitive production and packing tasks. The clean room setting requires adherence to strict cleanliness standards and procedures, with appropriate attire and protective gear to maintain a controlled, high-quality manufacturing environment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
