Location: Skaneateles, NYPay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on shift and experience)1st shift: Monday - Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm
2nd shift: Monday - Friday 2:55pm to 11:25pm
3rd shift: Sunday - Thursday 10:15pm to 6:45am

- Assembling and testing medical devices and equipment according to detailed procedures and quality standards
- Reviewing work instructions and quality points to ensure regulatory and internal compliance (GMP, FDA)
- Operating hand tools, automated machinery, and power tools as required
- Preparing and organizing kits, verifying contents, and maintaining inventory of components
- Packaging and labeling components or finished assemblies for shipment, ensuring protection and accuracy
- Handling materials and reporting any discrepancies or quality issues to team leaders
- Documenting all production activities and participating in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintaining a clean, safe workstation and proactively contributing to a zero-harm environment
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Can read and comprehend job instructions, part specifications, and assembly drawings
- Can stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8–12 hours per shift)
- Are able to lift and carry materials up to 25–55 lbs. (with team lift/equipment for heavier loads)
