Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract opportunity places you in a collaborative K-12 environment near Everett for the 2026-2027 school year, working with a diverse and engaging caseload. As a licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), you’ll play a vital role in supporting students as they develop communication skills, working alongside speech-language pathologists and other educational professionals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Washington SLPA license (out-of-state licensed SLPAs with eligibility to transfer are welcome)
  • Experience supporting speech and language therapy in school settings is highly valued
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently with students ranging from kindergarten to high school
  • Passion for fostering student achievement in a culturally diverse community

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language services under the supervision of a certified SLP, following prescribed therapy plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other team members to support students’ IEP goals
  • Prepare engaging therapy materials and maintain organized records for student progress
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student participation
  • Attend relevant meetings and trainings as required by the school
