Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Certification as a Special Education Teacher
• Previous experience working with students with special needs preferred
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to fostering a supportive, nurturing classroom environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct instruction in accordance with IEP goals and student needs
• Utilize differentiated teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learners
• Monitor student progress and update documentation as required
• Collaborate with general education staff, paraprofessionals, and related services
• Engage with families to support student development and maintain open communication

Assignment Details:

• Onsite at a reputable learning center
• ESY session: Staff inservice on 7/7/26; student instructional days 7/8/26 through 7/30/26 (Monday through Thursday)
• Daily schedule during ESY: Approximately 8:15 a.m.–11:45 a.m.
• Opportunity to extend into 26/27 school year, with hours of 7:45 a.m.–3:15 p.m.
