Home Health Aide Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We are seeking gentle, consistent support with medication and weekly wellness oversight. Our mom is active and social, enjoys being outdoors, gardening, swimming, and spending time with friends, but she also has diabetes, high blood pressure, anxiety, and some forgetfulness. Care would include refilling her pill dispenser, tracking medication and insulin refill needs, changing her Libre glucose device about every 2 weeks, and reconnecting it to the app as needed. A weekly home visit would include basic wellness checks, and a home safety check, and occasional short errands such as picking up prescriptions would also be appreciated.
