Babysitter Needed for my Children

Looking for a Montessori based caregiver for our very active 19-month-old boy. He loves learning new things, arts, crafts, and physical activity. We would like someone who can bring in new activities and keep him active for his very boisterous wake windows. He loves everything from music and dancing to common daily tasks like laundry and cleaning. We have three lazy cats and a kind, loving house. Looking ideally for a caregiver who is also willing to act as a mothers helper as needed. Same sex parents. Caregiver must embody progressive family ideals. :) Times and days needed - tbd. Will work with right person to find the best schedule. English/spanish bilingual caregiver preferred.
