Looking For Someone To Assist With Evening Routine

We are looking for some additional help with our evening routine. We were thinking for someone to come at around 7 p.m. Monday-Thursday to help clean up the table/high chair and floor after dinner, do the dishes, pack the kids' lunches for the next day (the food is already prepared), and take out the garbage. To be clear, we are not looking for child care. We think this would be about an hour of work but can see what it is like. Thank you very much!
