Housekeeper Needed

I have AuDHD. This would be a once-a-month cleaning, but mostly the stuff you'd do once a week, to cover what fell through the cracks, because basic maintenance is overwhelming. I have fairly low standards, I just need an extra kick to help me keep up. I have a basement that wouldn't need to be touched, and a spare room that wouldn't be a factor until it's an office again. I don't expect deep cleans. Laundry, bedsheets, light organization, that stuff that overwhelms me massively. I need someone to make it easier for me to maintain my own home, not someone to do it all for me
