American Consultants is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care (LTC) Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Crivitz, Wisconsin.

Location: Northwoods region of Wisconsin
Schedule: Evening shift, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, 8-hour shifts with some 12-hour shifts available if desired. 40 hours guaranteed per week. Every other weekend required.
Highlights:- 43-bed skilled nursing facility with two units serving long-term care, short stay, dementia care, and rehabilitation patients
- Average daily census of 37-38 residents with RN-to-patient ratio of 1:19
- Matrix care charting system in place for streamlined documentation
- Casual dress code with any color scrubs permitted
- Welcoming environment with therapy animals on-site including birds and fish
- Located in a scenic small-town setting near outdoor attractions including rafting, hiking, and waterfalls
- Active Wisconsin RN license or ability to obtain
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or geriatric settings preferred
- Ability to provide care for diverse patient populations including dementia and rehabilitation patients
