Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Prepare operating rooms for cardiac procedures, ensuring all equipment is sterilized and ready for use.
\n
• Assist during surgical procedures, maintaining sterile technique and monitoring patient vitals.
\n
• Provide postoperative nursing care and education to patients and families.
\n
• Participate in on-call rotations as per department needs, ensuring availability for emergency procedures.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions for cardiac patients.
\n
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Epic charting system.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Active RN license in the state of California.
\n
• BCLS certification required.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in CVOR or a related specialty.
\n
• Proficiency with Epic charting systems.
\n
• Previous charge nursing experience required.
\n
• Trauma Level I and II experience mandatory.
\n
