Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and leadership-driven RN Unit Manager for a 14-week contract at a premier Skilled Nursing Facility in Orono, ME. In this role, you will oversee daily clinical operations, lead a dedicated nursing team, and ensure the highest standards of resident care and regulatory compliance on your assigned unit.
Key Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically as a Nurse Unit Manager.
Licensure: Active Maine (ME) State Registered Nurse license.
Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, expert knowledge of SNF regulations, and proven leadership/conflict-resolution abilities.
