Looking for an RN who is willing to work evenings 2p-1030p 40hr GTE EOW 43 Bed 2 units/halls 37-38 Average Census Ratios: CNA 1:10 LPN 1:19 RN 1:19 Charge RN 1:19 Rehab, short stay ,LTC, Dementia Care Matrix care- charting Any color scrubs 8 hr shifts (some 12's available if desired) Animals on site: Birds/fish in the lobby ** NO PUBLIC transportation Attractions: Northwoods, rafting, hiking, waterfalls Town size: 1100 population
