Start Date: 06/29/2026
Malone Healthcare is seeking an exceptionally autonomous Travel LDRP Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract at St. Luke's Wood River Medical Center in scenic Hailey, ID.
This position is located within a peaceful, highly secure 6-bed cross-functional LDRP unit handling low-risk, family-centered couplet care (averaging 12–17 deliveries per month). Because this is a close-knit rural facility where providers are on-call rather than in-house overnight, we are looking for a clinician with powerhouse clinical judgment who excels at managing laboring patients, titration protocols, and immediate newborn stabilization independently.
Position Highlights- True Couplet Continuity: Complete full-spectrum care from labor mapping and deliveries through recovery, postpartum tracking, and well-baby nursery care.
- Work-Life Balance: Self-scheduling built equitably alongside core staff, featuring no on-call or standby requirements outside regular shifts!
- Systems & Charting: Work on advanced maternal-child platforms utilizing the Centricity EFM system and Epic EMR.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of dedicated acute care LDRP or solid L&D experience (must have recent postpartum/couplet exposure within the last few years). Strong newborn stabilization skills are mandatory.
- License: Active Idaho (ID) or valid Compact state RN license in hand.
- Certifications: Active AHA BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications. AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced is highly preferred.
- Strict Travel Radius: Candidates must permanently reside over 50 miles away from the facility to qualify.
- Special Submission Note: Due to limited rural mountain housing options, candidates must confirm via email that they have proactively researched local housing and are ready to move quickly upon file submission.
- Premium top-tier weekly pay packages with fully maximized tax-free stipends (for qualified travel candidates).
- Day-one comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
- Dedicated personal recruitment routing and 24/7 localized credentialing support.
