What You'll Bring:

• Minimum of 5+ years of total CST experience
• At least 2+ years in cardiac and vascular surgery
• 1 year specifically in CVOR procedures (CABG, EVAR, TEVAR, valve replacement, etc.)
• Experience with cardiovascular/thoracic instrument reprocessing
• Scrub experience in the general OR, thoracic, vascular, and CVOR settings
• Proficiency in aseptic technique, crash cart management, and equipment documentation
• Strong familiarity with EPIC charting system

Nice to Have:

• Previous trauma hospital experience (Level I Trauma)
• Certification in cardiovascular or thoracic instrument reprocessing

Education & Experience:

• Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• 5+ years of CST practice
• Relevant certifications such as BLS

Additional Requirements:

• Certifications: BLS is mandatory
• Must be flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends, and potential rotation

• Valid compact or state license for RNs; Ohio license for MRI techs
