Occupational Therapist position requiring 2 years experience in a similar setting.
Graduate of a nationally accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
Patient ratio: Outpatient 7-8 patients/day, Inpatient 4 patients twice a day.
Shift: Sunday through Wednesday, 10 hour Day Shift from 07:00 to 19:00.

7-year Criminal County Search, SSN Trace, National Criminal Database background check within 30 days of start date required.
Education Verification required.
GSA, National Sex Offender Registry, OIG, and SAM checks within 30 days prior to start required.
