Registered Nurse - PACU/Recovery Room
Assignment Duration\nThis is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule\n12-hour day shifts available from 8 AM - 6 PM, 9 AM - 7 PM, and possible 10 AM - 8 PM. No call required.
Job Description\nThe Registered Nurse will provide care in the following areas: inpatient and outpatient PACU/Recovery Room, Surgery Center, and Anesthesia Clinic. The role includes both Phase 1 and Phase 2 recovery for a variety of surgical procedures excluding open heart surgeries, which go directly to ICU.
Responsibilities\n- \n
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in PACU and Outpatient Recovery Rooms. \n
- Monitor and assess patients post-surgery, ensuring recovery progress. \n
- Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams for optimal patient outcomes. \n
- Administer medications and manage patient needs as they recover. \n
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. \n

- Current RN license required. \n
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required for inpatient and outpatient PACU and Surgery Center. \n
- BLS certification required for the Anesthesia Clinic. \n
