American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring willingness to float to Med Surg with at least 2 years of experience.
Details\n- \n
- Work in a 25-bed critical access hospital \n
- Primary unit is Labor and Delivery with responsibilities including nursery, labor, and mother/baby care \n
- Position requires at least half-time coverage on Med Surg, floating to assist when there are no OB patients \n
- Orientation to Med Surg will be provided for those without prior experience \n
- Night shift schedule of 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM \n
- Every other weekend required \n
- Uses Meditech EMR system \n
- \n
- Active RN license (Missouri or Compact) required \n
- Minimum of 2 years of experience required \n
- Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS \n
- Fetal monitoring skills required \n
- Willingness to float and provide care across L&D, Post Partum, and Med Surg units \n

- Provide comprehensive care across labor and delivery, postpartum, nursery, and med surg patient populations \n
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply \n
