Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide comprehensive care for pregnant women and newborns in a 4 LDRP bed unit.
\n
• Function as the triage nurse and assist with labor and delivery processes.
\n
• Work alongside the charge nurse who is also assigned direct patient care.
\n
• Administer and titrate medications such as Pitocin in accordance to protocols.
\n
• Collaborate with obstetricians and anesthesiologists who are on call with a 20-minute response time.
\n
• Participate in self-scheduling while fulfilling weekend and holiday obligations.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Current RN license to practice in Colorado.
\n
• Minimum of 1 year L&D experience with competence in LDRP areas.
\n
• Certification in ALS, NRP, and AWHONN Electronic Fetal Monitoring.
\n
• Skilled in reading electronic fetal monitors using OBIX system.
\n
• Able to transition and 'catch' neonates in the delivery suite.
\n
• Flexibility to float to med-surg if necessary.
\n
