Job Summary

We are Seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule with no call, weekends, or holiday requirements. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently and performing a variety of ultrasound examinations in a rural hospital setting.

Responsibilities
Perform general ultrasound examinations independently
Conduct abdominal, OB/GYN, breast, and vascular/arterial studies
Evaluate and communicate diagnostic findings to radiologists and referring providers
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
Troubleshoot ultrasound equipment and coordinate service needs when required
Assist with patient scheduling and related clerical duties
Follow established departmental policies and procedures
Collaborate effectively with physicians and healthcare team members
Support cross-training opportunities within other imaging modalities
Required Qualifications
Active ARRT Certification
Active ARDMS Certification
Current BLS Certification
Current Continuing Medical Education (CME) compliance
Minimum 2 Years of Ultrasound Experience
Active State License (if applicable)
Preferred Experience

Abdominal Imaging
OB/GYN Ultrasound
Breast Ultrasound
Vascular/Arterial Ultrasound
Experience working independently in a hospital setting
Schedule & Assignment Details
Monday–Friday Schedule
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM
No Call Required
No Weekends
No Holiday Coverage Required
13-Week Travel Contract
36 Guaranteed Hours Per Week
