Location: Olympia, Washington
Schedule: Mid shift, 5x8-hour (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM), 13-week assignment
Highlights:- Inpatient pharmacy position at a 325-bed short-term acute care hospital
- Work with Epic charting system in a well-established healthcare setting
- Opportunity to provide pharmacy services across diverse patient populations including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
- Comprehensive orientation provided (40 hours)
- First-time travelers welcome with minimum 1 year inpatient hospital experience
- No on-call required
- Active Washington Pharmacy Tech License (required)
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification
- Minimum 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
- Proficiency in aseptic technique, sterile and non-sterile compounding, IV preparation, and chemotherapy preparation
- Experience with order entry processes, Pyxis systems, labeling and packaging requirements
- Epic charting system experience preferred
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel assignment
- Two professional references covering at least one year within the last three years
