Doherty is excited to welcome a new Bilingual Staffing Coordinator into the team at our St. Cloud, MN office. This position is onsite, and our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
BILINGUAL STAFFING COORDINATOR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs all daily office tasks such as answering phones and greeting applicants in a timely and professional manner by successfully multi-tasking.
- Schedule and confirm interviews for staffing team, clients, and candidates.
- Pre-screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for the staffing team.
- Assist with posting job openings on social media platforms (Facebook, etc.), and other external job boards. Send email and text campaigns to candidates to advertise openings.
- Complete onboarding paperwork with new hires, including but not limited to Doherty Staffing Solutions paperwork and any client specific onboarding paperwork.
- Facilitates candidate pre-employment drug tests.
- Conduct 1:1 orientation as needed on-site at a client location.
- Communicate with candidates regarding start dates, check-in, as directed by the Service Manager or Senior Staffing Specialist.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist the team with incident investigations, as needed.
- Attends periodic training to maintain skills and develop new ones.
- Other duties may be assigned.
BILINGUAL STAFFING COORDINATOR KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
