CNC Programmer / Setup & Operator – Mentor, OH

Pay: Up to $25.00 - $30 per Hour

Our client in Mentor, OH is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer/Setup Operator to join their small, family-oriented job shop. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist to work in a collaborative environment with great pay and benefits.

• Program, set up, and operateOkuma CNC lathes, handling projects from blueprint to finished product.

• Perform manual programming directly on the lathe screens, ensuring precision and efficiency.

• Utilize Mastercam for offline programming to optimize machining processes.

• Read and interpret blueprints, G-code, and technical drawings to ensure accurate part production.

• Set up and operate multiple machines, maintaining high-quality standards.

• Troubleshoot and adjust programs, tooling, and setups as needed to ensure smooth production.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
