Job Title: Machine OperatorJob Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Machine Operator to join our production team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment used in manufacturing processes. This role requires a strong focus on safety, quality control, and efficiency to ensure production goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production processes
Set up machines according to production specifications and blueprints
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment
Adjust machine settings (e.g., speed, feed, temperature) to maintain optimal performance
Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate as needed
Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications
Maintain accurate production records and logs
Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and company policies
Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with workplace safety standards

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and manuals
Basic mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
