Your Mission

• Orchestrate and steer a dedicated team of night-shift maintenance technicians.
• Safeguard the dependable repair and proactive maintenance of our production machinery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Production, Quality, and Engineering to optimize uptime and adhere to production timelines.
• Deploy advanced problem-solving techniques and improvement strategies to tackle equipment challenges.
• Coordinate scheduling, skill development, and evaluate the performance of the maintenance cohort.
• Contribute to capital project ventures, technological enhancements, and new technology roll-outs.
• Adhere rigorously to all safety, food safety, and regulatory standards.

What You'll Bring Imperative

• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Excellent visual acuity and dexterity.
• Adept at juggling multiple priorities concurrently
• Minimum of four years in a pertinent role

Desirable

• Expertise in beverage production processes and equipment
• Acquainted with Lean Manufacturing methodologies
• Experience with OSHA, HACCP, USDA program design or execution for four years
