  • $20K sign-on bonus.
  • Up to $20K loan repayment.
  • $5K relocation assistance.

What You'll Do:
As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering life-changing cancer care. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Administering precise ionizing radiation treatments using linear accelerators and CT imaging in compliance with physician prescriptions and treatment plans.
  • Maintaining thorough and accurate electronic documentation of all treatments, patient progress, and clinical data.
  • Positioning patients with care and precision, ensuring safety and comfort throughout each session.
  • Operating and performing quality assurance checks on radiation therapy equipment.
  • Collaborating with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and the broader clinical team to deliver individualized, high-quality patient care.
  • Educating and reassuring patients and their families throughout the treatment process.

What We're Looking For:

Education:
  • Post-secondary vocational or specialized training in Radiation Therapy or a related field.
  • New graduates welcome — we invest in developing the next generation of radiation therapy professionals.
Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical radiation therapy experience preferred.
  • New grads with clinical rotations are encouraged to apply!
Required Licenses & Certifications:
  • ARRT Registration (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
  • Texas Medical Board — Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) license.
  • Radiologic Technologist licensure in the state of Texas.
  • Current CPR / BLS certification.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency operating a linear accelerator.
  • Experience with CT imaging equipment.
  • Comfort with clinical software and personal computer systems.

Why You'll Love It Here:
  • Generous financial incentives — $20K sign-on bonus, up to $20K loan repayment, and $5K relocation assistance.
  • Highly competitive pay ranging from $48.00 to $63.55 per hour.
  • Predictable Monday–Friday schedule — enjoy your evenings and weekends.
  • Welcoming environment for new graduates with mentorship and clinical growth opportunities.
  • Work with a compassionate, experienced oncology team that puts patients first.
  • Stable, full-time employment with a regional health system known for strong culture and staff retention.
  • Make a direct, daily impact in the lives of cancer patients and their families.
