Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: I need help with laundry, hanging cloths, sorting things and moving stuff around that have not been put away. I have limitation on moving my arms and legs because of my spin is having a problem. I should be more able after my medical stuff is done but it takes months. Not house cleaning per say although vacuuming is needed because we have three small dogs that are shading. About the care needs: Not sure how to answer Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
