Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About the care needs: Needs assistance organizing meds and making sure they are taken - and not over-taken. Loss of understanding what day it is, forgetful of time. Needs someone caring enough to sit and talk with her. She needs face-to-face communication more than anything. She loves her plants. She used to sew and hopes to one day again.
