Litigation Paralegal - In House – Flexible location


Join the in-house legal team of a Fortune 500 organization providing direct litigation support in a stable, respected corporate environment. This is a compelling opportunity for a seasoned litigation paralegal looking to stay hands-on with active matters while enjoying the benefits of an in-house setting. You’ll work alongside experienced attorneys on complex cases across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho and support all phases of litigation.

Litigation Paralegal Requirements & Qualifications


  • Minimum 7 years of civil litigation support experience
  • Strong knowledge of Washington State and Federal court rules and procedures
  • Experience with litigation filing, calendaring, discovery, and trial preparation
  • Ability to manage deadlines accurately across multiple matters
  • Proficiency with document management systems and litigation support tools
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative legal team


Litigation Paralegal Preferred Background & Skills


  • Litigation experience in Washington, Oregon, and/or Idaho
  • Real estate, escrow, or insurance defense experience
  • Trial experience
  • Associate degree, paralegal certificate, or certification from an ABA-approved program
  • Experience using trial presentation software


Litigation Paralegal Day-to-Day Responsibilities


  • Support attorneys through all phases of civil litigation
  • Manage discovery, document control, and case organization
  • Prepare, review, and file pleadings and litigation documents
  • Calendar court deadlines, hearings, depositions, and trial-related dates
  • Ensure accurate and timely filings in state and federal courts
  • Coordinate and organize materials for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial
  • Use document management and trial presentation software
