About this job
Under general supervision, performs waived, moderate, and high complexity testing; evaluates test results; performs and evaluates quality control procedures; performs preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting. Provides laboratory services in a timely manner and consistently delivers excellent customer service. Serves as a technical resource for customers and other staff. Adheres to all safety policies. Performs other related CLS functions as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSA Bachelor's Degree in a scientific-related field; and/or equivalent combination of experience/training.
Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS).
Applicable clinical laboratory experience.
- Experience with SoftLab LIS and Epic.
- Experience with the following automated instrumentation Iris IChem\IQ, Sysmex XN and CS-2500, Siemens EXL, Ortho Vision.
- Generalist skills - Hematology / Chemistry
- Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, overtime, and at various locations as necessary in accordance with operational needs.
- Employment is subject to a criminal background check and a pre-employment physical.
Pay Transparency Act
Annual Full Pay Range: $155,076 - $155,076 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)
Hourly Equivalent: $74.27 - $74.27
